1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.vectortek.ca and the services offered by VectorTek ("VectorTek", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Description of Service
VectorTek provides (a) a marketplace of subscription-based AI agents and (b) custom AI agent and application development. Marketplace agents are made available on a subscription basis and are accessed through your account after subscribing.
3. Accounts
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Marketplace agent subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor on the terms presented at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, reverse engineer them, or use them for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the rights of others.
6. AI Agents — Important Disclaimers
Our AI agents produce automated outputs that may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice. In particular, the Portfolio Assistant Agent is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; all investment decisions remain solely yours. Security assessments produced by the Cyber Security Agent are informational and do not guarantee that a system is secure. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any agent output before acting on it.
7. Intellectual Property
The site and its content, excluding content you provide, are owned by VectorTek or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
8. Third-Party Services
The services may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VectorTek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
